WGS alum, Payton Canku, has been accepted into the MA program in writing and screen writing at the Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The IAIA's mission statement is "To empower creativity and leadership in Native Arts and cultures through higher education, life-long learning, and outreach."
